SERVICING
Servicing is what we do....
While most supermarket style shops offer a Menu of servicing with fixed charges and hidden costs, our servicing programs is as simple as it can be..... The Cost is the price of the parts used and the time it takes to do the job!
We can service one specific item on your bike or everything that moves. The term "full service" can be misleading and very expensive for you.

General Check Up
A "General Check Up" is as the name suggests a general check of all the bits that make your bike a bike to insure you it is safe to ride. This has a "time only" charge. During a General Check Up items that require attention will be recorded and brought to your attention so that we can put a plan in place to put things right and in an acceptable time frame at an agreed price
E-Bikes...
Not all E-Bikes are created equal and some bike brands use motor systems specific to the brand of bike.
I endorse and supply support for bikes with
Bosch
Shimano
TQ
drive systems.
E-Bikes required computer diagnostic interface tools to update software and fault find. These tools are motor brand specific not bike brand specific. If your bike has a Brose, Yamaha or Bafang or anything not listed above please contact the store you purchased your bike from.
Some motor brands are not supported in NZ by the importers.
